The Prior Lake Football Program is committed to setting “A Standard of Excellence” within its players and all others associated with the program.
This is a program of principle and will focus on instilling positive growth characteristics into our players such as team-work, character, integrity, discipline, and work ethic that will show on the field, in the classroom, and in the community.
This program will strive to set a new standard in strength development, conditioning, physical play, mental toughness & preparation in it’s players as we strive to be one of the most respected programs in Minnesota.
Strength Training (10th - 12th Grade) - Can be taken up to FOUR times while at PLHS. Pre-Requisite for Advanced Strength Training
Advanced Strength Training (10th - 12th Grade) - Course designed for Student/Athletes to take while IN-SEASON
Leadership and Sports Psychology (10th - 12th Grade) - Class taught by Coach G and outstanding for any aspiring leader.
Boys Fitness 9 (9th Grade) - Strength Training Class designed for 9th Graders
